We are here for you!

We understand that sometimes online shopping does not go as planned, and we are here to help! Please submit returns and your questions on our Connect page! Please include order number and reason for return in the body of the message. Please also allow at least 2 business days for a customer service agent to contact you. We do not operate during the weekend.

 

The following terms and conditions apply to any refund or return request provided:

  • All requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date your order was received.
  • Items must be received in new condition: unworn, unwashed, all tags on and intact conditions. If the merchandise returns smelling like perfume/body spray and/or with makeup/deodorant stains we will not process the return and the item will be shipped back to you.
  • Items sold on sale will NOT be accepted for return. All sale items are final sale.
  • Returned shipments will automatically deduct $10 off your refund as a restocking fee. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are not eligible for returns.
  • Black Friday/Cyber Monday: No returns on Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale. The promotion code BF2023 is valid only at sagethelabel.com until 11/26/23 at 11:59pm PST. The code cannot be combined with other promotion codes or offers and is not valid on prior purchases. The discount cannot be applied towards tax or shipping (if applicable). Offer subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations and exchanges. Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
We are not responsible for lost packages. 
Once we receive your returns, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. 
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product than what you have purchased, please go through the returns process and purchase the item you would like instead. You can always reach out to us on our Connect page if you have any questions or concerns.
